-  The topic

-  The authors and their affiliations

-  The description of your abstract. The length of your abstract is 150 words.

If you are a first time user, you will have to create a user account in the “New User Section”. You will be able to choose your own username and password to remember them more easily.

If you are a returning user, you will use the username and password in the “Returning user” section. You will be able to either start a new submission, or review and edit an already in progress submission.

Review and selection of your abstracts
Each submitted abstract will be reviewed and scored by a panel of experts in the topic. After the review, the Scientific Committee will select the best abstracts for either free oral communication or poster presentation.

You will be informed by e-mail about the decision of the Scientific Committee whether your abstract has been selected or not.

If your abstract has been selected, you will have to register to the congress.

Important :

If you are a speaker involved in a session proposal (International symposium, workshop or other session), you will be contacted directly regarding the sending of your abstract.
