Venue
The EAO congress will be held at the Grimaldi Forum, in the Principality of Monaco, a prestigious venue near the “French Riviera” region. Grimaldi Forum Monaco address : 10, avenue Princesse Grace - 98000 Monaco Ph. +377 99 99 2000
Official language
The official language of the EAO Congress is English. There will be simultaneous translation into French and Italian during plenary sessions.

Commercial exhibit
A commercial exhibit will be held in the Grimaldi Forum Monaco between plenary session auditorium, workshop rooms and poster areas. It will offer an excellent opportunity for companies to display their products. Firms wishing to exhibit may obtain information at eao2009@colloquium.fr.
Accommodation
So as to facilitate your venue, rooms have been booked in different hotel at a preferential rate.
Hotel list and booking form will be soon available on the www.eao.org website and in the preliminary programme.

Grants information
The EAO has decided to help young and talented scientists to present their latest research by providing them travel grants. 20 travel grants awardees will be selected among the abstract presenters. The grants will be to the value of 800 € and awarded on site and the registration fees will be waived. You can apply for EAO grant during the abstract submission process available on the congress website.
Conditions of eligibility :
- Applications will be done while submitting abstracts and must be done no later than March 1st, 2009
- EAO 2009 travel grant awardees will be informed mid May 2009
- The applicant must be the first author of an abstract submitted for the EAO Monaco 2009 meeting
- Only one grant will be allocated per person

Visas
All non-EU citizens should check with the French Embassy in their home country whether it is necessary for them to obtain a visa for travel to France.
The administrative secretariat "Colloquium" can provide upon request a certification letter to present to your local Embassy.
Act Green
This year the EAO congress offer you the possibility to participate of the financing of environmental projects through en Eco donation. All the benefits will be giving as a donation to the Albert II of Manaco Foundation. All the details will be available on the EAO website.
