Official language
The official language of the EAO Congress is English. There will be simultaneous translation into French, German, Spanish and Italian during plenary session.
Visa
All non-EU citizens should check with the United Kingdom Embassy in their home country whether it is necessary for them to obtain a visa for travel to United Kingdom.
The administrative secretariat “Colloquium” can provide upon request a certifi cation letter to present to your local Embassy.
Trade Exhibition
A trade exhibition will be held in the SECC while the Congress takes place. It will offer an excellent opportunity for companies to display their products. Firms wishing to exhibit may obtain information at eao2010@clq-group.com
